1. Acceptance. By using DSH Mobile ("the App") you accept these terms. The App is a client for the open-source DeepSeek Harness host that you operate yourself.
2. The service. The App connects to a DSH Host that you configure (your own computer/server). We do not operate the host, do not provide LLM inference, and are not responsible for the availability, content, or security of your host. You are responsible for obtaining and securing your own host and connecting it to the network (see the project documentation for recommended remote-access channels).
3. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the App: no attempts to break the security of hosts you do not own, no unlawful content, no interference with the operation of the App or its infrastructure.
4. Purchases. The current version does not offer any in-App purchase or subscription features. If optional purchases are added in a future version, this section will be updated (before that release) with the applicable subscription terms — price, renewal period, automatic renewal and cancellation instructions — as required by the App Store guidelines. The link in the App always points to the most recent version of these terms (see the effective date at the top).
5. Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App or your host configuration, including data loss or unauthorized access to your host credentials.
6. Third-party licenses. The App includes third-party open-source components; see the in-App "Acknowledgments" screen or the LICENSE files of the respective projects.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes means acceptance.

5. 免责声明。 在法律允许范围内，本 App 按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或默示担保；我们不对因使用本 App 或您宿主配置造成的损害（含数据丢失、宿主凭证被未授权访问）承担责任。
6. 第三方许可。 本 App 包含第三方开源组件；详见 App 内「致谢」页面或各项目 LICENSE 文件。
7. 变更。 我们可能更新本条款；重大变更将在此页面公告并更新生效日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
